User refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses Vokati's services.

Vokati provides:

• Job vacancy information
• Training and skill development programs
• Overseas employment assistance services

Vokati does not guarantee job placement outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific program.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login credentials

All activities conducted through a user's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

• All listed fees are official fees in accordance with the selected program
• Payments made are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified under a special policy
• Access to services will be granted after payment has been successfully verified

Users are prohibited from:

• Misusing the platform for unlawful purposes
• Providing false or misleading information
• Disrupting system operations or other users

Vokati reserves the right to restrict or deactivate user accounts in the event of any violations.

Vokati reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue part or all of its services at any time, with or without prior notice.

Vokati shall not be liable for:

• Failure to obtain job placement due to external factors
• Any indirect losses incurred by users
• Decisions made by partner companies or related institutions

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
